A sample of the water is examined using colorimetric methods and the results are shown in the high-precision digital display. The unit has a rugged housing designed to be easy to hold (even with wet hands!) and is, of course, fully waterproof.
The Scuba is availiable in two different versions, Scuba and Scuba+. Both instruments test for Free and Total Chlorine, pH, and Cyanuric Acid. The Scuba+ has the capability of also testing Alkalinity and Bromine.The Scuba is supplied complete with specially formulated, quick-dissolving reagent tablets identified by their white foil packaging.
